This past November I was lucky enough to marry my best friend :)

Naturally, being a designer, I created the collateral for our wedding. From our monograms and invitations, to table cards and signage. Not to mention an illustration I secretly did for my new bride that she didn't see until our wedding day!

Weddings are such a great occasion to work on as a designer. The happy couple wants their pieces to evoke nothing but joy and happiness for their loved ones, and that makes for a fantastic process and results. Especially so when you ARE the happy couple.

Speaking of the influence of our pieces, my new bride has always been drawn to the period of the 1920's-30's, especially Art Deco. She has always wanted a wedding in that theme, and of course I was in love with the romance and class of the period and the people who lived it.

Our day was everything we could have hoped for, with these pieces playing a small part in bringing it together. We had a beautiful time and are so hapy that we were able to share it with our friends and family.

I hope you enjoy this as much as we do :)
